How high can I load the bin?
You can only fill to the top level of the bin. Any higher is unsafe to transport. Rubbish will need to be removed before we can remove the bin from site.
Can I mix concrete, bricks or soil with my rubbish?
No, don't mix concrete, bricks, or soil with garden waste for garden waste removal.
How long can I have by bin for?
The standard hire period for a general waste bin is 7 days. But if you need the green waste bin for a longer duration, or picked up earlier, please let us know.
Need to be there when the bin is delivered?
Not at all – The rubbish bin hire will be delivered regardless. If you have specific instructions for our truck driver to follow, please state these upon booking.
How wide does my driveway have to be?
We need at least 2.6 metres in width with no tight corners to get our truck down the driveway.
Can I move the bin?
For safety reasons, please do not attempt to move the general waste bin once it has been placed. If you require the bin to be relocated, please contact us, and we will arrange it for you.
What methods of payments do you take?
Cash or direct credit over the phone at the time of booking.
How much notice do I need to give you when booking a bin?
We can usually deliver the bin to you on the same day of ordering during week days, however, with the business growing fast we do recommend booking the rubbish bin hire in advance so that you don’t miss out.
Do we pay on delivery or pick up?
All payments should be paid before delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
How much does it cost to hire a skip bin?
Skip bin hires prices start from $310 incl GST for green waste bin and $370 incl GST for general waste bin. The total hire price will vary depending on the size of the bin and your location. You can request a no-obligation quote here
